Terms

Provider

Cairn is provided by P 10 Q LLC ("p10q"). By purchasing or using Cairn, you agree to these Terms and the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Cairn.

Purchase and payment

Cairn for macOS is sold as a one-time, single-user license through Gumroad. Gumroad processes payment, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, downloads, and license keys under its own terms and privacy policy.

The current price and included software are shown before checkout. Coding-agent subscriptions, model usage, remote computers, AWS resources, internet service, and other third-party costs are not included.

Trial and license

The macOS app includes a seven-day local trial. A completed purchase provides a license key that unlocks Cairn under the EULA. The license is for one person and may not be shared, resold, or used to provide access to unrelated users.

Cairn may validate the license with Gumroad. A successfully validated license can continue to work offline for up to 30 days before another validation is required.

Updates and changes

Updates that p10q makes available for this license are included at no additional charge. p10q does not promise a particular update schedule, feature, or period of operating-system compatibility. Features may change when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product direction.

Third-party services

Cairn can interact with services and software supplied by others, including Gumroad, coding agents, model providers, Git, SSH hosts, browsers, Apple, and AWS. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, permissions, costs, and compliance with those providers' terms. p10q is not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable or changing its behavior.

Refunds and support

Refund requests are governed by the Cairn Refund Policy. Support is available at support@p10q.com. p10q aims to answer purchase and activation requests within two business days, but does not guarantee a resolution time.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cairn and the related services are provided "as is" and "as available." p10q disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, p10q is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, code, or business opportunities. p10q's total liability arising from Cairn will not exceed the amount you paid for Cairn during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and contact

p10q may update these Terms for future purchases or when required by law. Material changes that affect an existing license will be posted before they take effect. Questions can be sent to support@p10q.com.
