Email tom@p10q.com with reproducible bugs or improvement ideas. Include your Cell version, macOS or iOS version, what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce.

Do not send terminal contents, pairing codes, QR-code screenshots, SSH keys, AWS credentials, payment information, or other private information.

Set up Cell Remote

Install and open Cell for macOS.
Open Remote > Jump Host and complete the guided AWS setup.
Open Remote > Pair iPhone.
In Cell Remote, tap the plus button and scan the QR code.

Connection troubleshooting

Keep Cell running on the paired Mac and make sure the Mac is awake.
In Cell for macOS, open Remote > Jump Host and confirm the tunnel is connected.
Confirm the AWS account and CLI profile used during setup are still active.
On iOS, open the host again after changing between Wi-Fi and cellular.
Enable Settings > Show connection log to capture a local diagnostic log.

Revoke an iPhone

On the Mac, open Remote > Paired iPhones and remove the device. This removes its SSH authorization immediately. For complete credential cleanup, also delete the matching cairn-iphone-* IAM user from your AWS account.

Desktop access and iOS billing

Cell for macOS is proprietary software that is free to download and use. Current desktop releases do not require an account, subscription, purchase, or license key.

Cell Remote is a separate USD 19.99 App Store purchase in the United States. Apple handles its billing and refund requests. See the p10q refund information.
