Cell for macOS
Cell for macOS is available free of charge, so there is no desktop purchase to refund. If you believe you were charged for the current desktop release, email tom@p10q.com without sending payment-card details.
Cell Remote
Cell Remote is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payment and decides App Store refund requests under its policies. Use Apple's purchase-support process for billing or refund help.
Third-party costs
p10q cannot refund costs charged by AWS, model providers, coding-agent subscriptions, internet providers, or other third parties.
